This is a one hour social climbing ride with supportive women. We will ride around 2.7-3.2 w/kg with the goal of hanging with the leader. We welcome all riders who identify and are living as female. Our ride will have a concentration on sitting and spinning on a climb targetting 65-85 rpm. Standing is discouraged unless the pitch is 13% or greater. While the official ride is capped at an hour, ladies are encouraged to keep climbing if they have time!
