The TRUE Treadmill Series is here—Tell your legs!

This is your invitation to join Zwift’s global community through a three-workout series designed to introduce you to three key workouts that will make you a better runner.

We’re checking off Zwift’s best treadmill workouts and the whole world’s invited. No matter your age or fitness level, all Zwifters will get the opportunity to train with friends in next-level worlds for the chance to win the latest TRUE Treadmill to hit the market. The adventure begins February 8.

WORKOUT 1: Tempo Run
Welcome to the first workout—the tempo run. This is the pace that teaches your body to be comfortable being uncomfortable by maintaining a quick and steady pace for a specified distance. You won’t be able to say more than a few sentences at a time, so make sure your laces are tied and you’re ready to go.
WORLD: Watopia
ROUTE: Chili Pepper
DURATION: 53 minutes (time-based)

No this is not a race. These are workouts meant to be done as a community to help inspire each other to improve your run fitness.

UNLOCK THE KIT
The Tempo workout in this series unlocks the in-game cap. The Speed Run unlocks the run shirt. And the Hill workout completes the series, guaranteeing you an entry to be eligible to win the IRL prize—a top of the line TRUE treadmill.
