Les journées des droits de la femme, c’est toute l’année, et pas seulement le 8 mars.

Roulons toutes ensemble durant 4 dimanches consécutifs, pour le rappeler.
Rejoignez les sorties #LivCommitted Explore Series, animées par Vélizienne, contributrice sur le média francophone ELLES FONT DU VELO (#EFDV), pour rouler entre femmes, dans une ambiance solidaire et amicale, avec pour objectif de rester toutes en groupe.
Le rythme variera entre 1,5 et 2,5 w/kg max. Les cyclistes les plus fortes sont les bienvenues pour aider les moins aguerries à rester dans l’aspiration du groupe.

Nous parcourons des circuits assez plats.
La fence sera activée pour que nous restions toutes ensembles et former ainsi un joli peloton.

Durée 1 heure. Merci de bien suivre les instructions de la leader et de rester à proximité des balises jaune et rouge.

Let's all ride together during 4 consecutive Sundays, to remind it. Join the LivCommitted Explore Series outings, lead by Vélizienne, a contributor for the french media ELLES FONT DU VELO (#EFDV), to ride amongst women, in a friendly and supportive environment, with the aim of staying together as a group.

The pace will be between 1.5 and 2.5 w/kg max. The strongest cyclists are welcome to help the less experienced ones to stay in the group draft.
All courses are the flat options.
The fence will be activated so that we all stay together and ride as a nice blob.
All instructions are both in French and English on the chat, then don’t worry if you don’t speak French.

Duration 1 hour. Please respect the leader’s instructions and ride on the yellow and red beacons.
