This event is designed to be run as a group with the emphasis on all finishing together.
The maximum speed of the run will be 7.6kph (4.7mph) or a pace of 7.5min/km (12.43min/mile) and will be set by a pace bot. All runners should stay behind the pace bot for the 30 minute duration of the run.
A run leader will also be present and will instruct as necessary to adjust speed as necessary to hold the group together. The minimum run speed will be 6.1kph (3.8mph) or a pace of 9.5min/km (15.25min/mi).
Please get your treadmills to speed and start running 30 seconds before the event start to ensure we all get off the line together.
NOTE - If joining this event it is important that you are willing to compromise your own speed to ensure everyone running has an enjoyable experience.
