Hillingdon Slipstreamers weekly training ride, with last lap race.
The ride will start with a 2.0w/kg roll to the start, with fence enabled to allow everyone time to get warmed up together and prepare for this weekly 50km training ride
Once we pass the start, the pace will change to 2.2w/kg for LAP 1, 2.4w/kg for LAP 2, raising to 2.6w/kg for three quarters of LAP 3 before coming back down to 2.2w/kg to prepare for the neutralized start of the Race on LAP 4
The fence will be ON for LAPS 1-3 and OFF for Racing LAP 4
Max effort 200m sprints are encouraged at the end of LAPS 1 & 2, and good discipline in getting back to a group formation quickly after each sprint is expected
The Racing Lap is OPTIONAL
For best results, DO NOT select a Time Trial bike
The Leader's pace will determine group pace at all time
