Group Ride with Sophie Coldwell

This is a social ride brought to you by British Triathlon with an average speed of 2.5w/kg. Sophie Coldwell will be leading this ride and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask her questions and to pick her brains for some training tips.

Sophie is a member of the World-Class Performance Squad based at Loughborough Triathlon Performance Centre. Sophie enjoyed a medal winning 2019 with the Brit taking gold at the Cagliari ITU Triathlon World Cup. Sophie was part of the British Mixed Relay team that won gold in Nottingham and silver in Edmonton. She hopes to continue this success into 2020 after achieving a top ten finish at the Tokyo ITU World Triathlon Olympic Qualification Event alongside Vicky Holland and Non Stanford.
