To celebrate the New RideLondon taking part in London and Essex on the 29th May 2022. The Invictus Games Foundation Zwift Team invite you to join us in our final training session where we recreate the distance and route (as best as possible) for the RideLondon. A team of Injured Servicemen and Women from Europe and the US will be coming together to take part in this iconic challenge and use the event to aid in our recovery and rehabilitation from illness and injury.
Join us for as long as you can or challenge yourself to complete the full distance of 100miles or 160kms in the company of our Military Veteran Community. This is not a race but feel free to ride at whatever pace you wish but remember to pace yourself over this challenging course.
There will be inspirational chat and a fun, social atmosphere for your training. Please ask questions about using Sport for recovery, training, set-up and the experience of our Invictus Family.
