Join children's charity Action Medical Research for their exclusive RIDE with British cyclist and former GCN presenter Chris Opie.

This is a social-paced ride on the familiar 'Tick Tock' route. Chris will lead a pace of 2.5 W/Kg as we wind through the desert flats and into the cool underwater tunnel. Each lap only has 53m of elevation so don't worry about dropping off on the climbs! Our sweeper will keep a pace below 2w/kg so if you do drop off the main group wait up for the party at the back!
