As part of our Rocacorba Collective eSports training camp this week, we are opening our rides, workouts and races to all!
Today’s workout is an open workout, coached by Helen, our Rocacorba Collective Coach directly from the Ashleigh´s paincave in Girona, Spain.

Today: Race attack simulations
Start with a good warm up - 5 mins steady, 5 min ramp to threshold and 5 min recovery.
The main working block is 4 x 5 mins at threshold. At the start of each 5 min effort, push hard for 30s at z6 before settling back into thresholds for the remainder. 5 mins easy soft pedalling to recover in between. 5 min Cool down to finish .
This is to simulate attacks during races where it’s a max effort then high intensity efforts, before backing off a bit to recover and then go again.
