이벤트 설명
Want to kick your weekend off right? Saturday Run in the Park has you covered. Every week, Zwift hosts four distinct run groups based on both distance and speed, allowing runners of all levels to put their skills to the test. Some runs will begin with steady efforts that get progressively faster until everyone closes out at a quicker pace than the start.
Group A is a 5km free run that helps runners crush new PRs, but aren’t necessarily group runs. If you’re doing this right, except to cross the finish line at 9.6 mph // 15.4 kph.
Group B is a 10km progressive run starting at 7.5 mph // 12 kph, increasing at a rate that puts runners across the finish line at 8.3 mph // 13.4 kph.
Group C is a 8km progressive run starting at 6.5 mph // 10.4 kph, increasing at a rate that puts runners across the finish line at 7.1 mph // 11.4 kph.
Group D is a 5km steady-effort group run that follows a run leader at a 5.6-mph // 9-kph pace. At this speed, you’ll cross the finish line around 33 minutes.
Stay tuned as we continue to add new weekly group workouts and all new running events.
