Welcome to the Evolution Cycling Club [EVO] Vamos! The ride is geared towards Zwifter’s that are looking for a harder than normal session, the average will be between 3.5 - 4.0 w/kg or possibly higher depending on riders weight.
The average for this ride will be high Category B to A, it will vary based upon the course and leader. The ride will include intervals above the advertised figures as they are only an average.

There will be no keepers for this ride - if dropped, please form a 2nd group.
