Embrace the opportunities of a new year and build on your foundation. We start our journey towards completing the Pas Normal Studios January Resolution Strava Challenge with an easy 90-minute group ride here on Zwift.

You get to wear the Pas Normal Studios kit on the group ride and we also make sure to add it to your Zwift kit locker after you complete the ride.

We ride together at a moderate 2-2.5 w/kg pace for the full ride. Have fun on a varied selection of courses with riders from our global community.

About the ride
We ride at a steady pace, no drop. Please stay with the group for the full duration of the ride. We ride 2-2.2 w/kg on the flats and push it up to 2.5 w/kg on the climbs.
