Ven-Topを各々好きに登ってくださいー
下山完了までグループライドのコース引いてます
TT、ベース練、アップ、お喋り、どなた様でも好きな目的で、好きなタイミングに入ってきて抜けてもらってOK!
TTする方は目標タイムやパワーをZWIFTのチャットに送ると誰かがペーサーやってくれるはずです!
※体重調整禁止
※バイクはお好きなものをどうぞ(トロンと比較すると、ハンドサイクル0.8w/kg、MTB0.4w/kgの差がありそうでした)

Time Trial, base traning, warm-up, talk in chat etc…purpose is freedom
Please feel free to come and go as you please.
If you are taking on a time trial, please chat with us about your target time and power.
