Pro tips
1) Look at your best Alpe time on Strava, there will be a segment for the entire climb with average watts for the entire climb. Beating that target by 5 watts each segment is your target for each segment and its trackable.
2) Use all the tools in the toolbox:
โข Cardiovascular = Seated higher rpm
โข Legs = Standing low rpm
โข Legs = Seated low rpm
3) A steady pace for the first 75% and push at the end, start out to hot youโll suffer at the top.
