WTRL's Duathlon League offers a unique and thrilling racing experience by combining biking on Zwift with the choice of running on Zwift or outside in real life. This makes it accessible to everyone and the ultimate test of racing versatility!
The series takes place every Wednesday year-round, allowing you to compete solo or for your club (or both!), with results and monthly leagues organized by age group, gender, and Zwift Club.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You'll need to complete both the CYCLING and RUNNING events of the same option and complete at least 100m in each to record a score.
NO TREADMILL?
No problem! You can complete the run outside of Zwift.
- Link your WTRL profile (www.wtrl.racing/profile/Opens a new window) to your Strava profile (Strava is free).
- Sign-up for the Run Option through the Companion Zpp (but do not 'join the running event in-game).
- Start and record your run on Strava within 5 minutes of finishing the bike ride, and we’ll handle the rest (your run score is usually processed within an hour).
FORMAT:
- 35 minutes of CYCLING
- 7 minute 'Transition'
- 20 minutes of RUNNING
