이 이벤트의 요건은 다음과 같습니다.
이벤트 설명
Welcome to GXY Tempo Tuesday! The courses on this ride will be primarily flat to
keep power even and easier for riders to modulate.
This ride is open to all Categories. The fence will be used only in the first 10
minutes during the warmup period.
This is a “Workout” based ride targeting a mid-category C rider. All wattages at
GXY is based on a 75kg rider at 175cm. Our target is to be a 2.7w/kg average for
the entirety of the ride. We will have a 20-minute set below that range and a
20-minute set above that range. There is no sweeping or red beacon support on
this ride, as it is intended to encourage all riders to maintain their tempo
efforts. A solid blue-to-green graph across the screen should be targeted.
Your leader will maintain communication with the group, through encouragement
and holding a category “C” level tempo pace. As earlier stated, other categories
are encouraged to focus on their respective tempo range.
Rejoin is always an option on GXY rides during the first 30 minutes and Coffee
may be used for up to 3 minutes after 30 minutes and up to the 45-minute time
line.
GXY is a friendly and supportive club that strives to help others succeed with
