It’s time to put the work in… each week we will be aiming to push your limits with a workout aimed to boost those FTP numbers…
Come get involved and watch yourself get stronger each week.

WEDNESDAY SOCIAL RIDE! @ 18:45(gmt)
Social pace night (banded together)
The main aim of these rides will be to keep things easy and sociable… not only to allow for a wider range of capabilities to get involved… but if you’re looking to get stuck in on Thursdays ride, have yourself an active rest day and use this ride to get to know your riding buddies.
There will also be some “optional” watt bombs being dropped… get involved if you fancy some sprint training!

THURSDAY CHAIN GANG! @ 18:45(gmt)
Chain gang night (around 4w/kg)
Come get stuck in and let’s empty those tanks!
This will be a full gas effort… we work as a unit for the most part, let’s try keep things together and help keep the pack strong… and we will operate a sweeper up until the half way mark.
There will however be a sprint finish with results, so the last 5-10minutes it’s every man/woman for themselves. Get stuck in and try take the glory.
This will be a race format but the finish line is an imaginary one as the clock hits zero.

LATE JOIN is enabled, so you can join us up to 30 mins after the start time, with the event link.
