Join our Tuesday Track Session - a super friendly and inclusive track speed session on Zwift!

Please ensure that your 5K time is up-to-date on your Zwift profile. This will ensure you get the most out of the workout, but you also have the option to change the percentage on the app whilst running.

You can walk, jog or race, everyone is welcome.

Expect great chat, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere for all runners, whether you're new to Zwift or a seasoned pro.
