Welcome to the ZLDR Weekly Long Run. ZLDR is a group of diverse runners, from speed demons to walkers, from people just getting to their first 5k to ultra runners. We are here to support your running dreams and help you develop your running skills. We are a collective group of supportive and experienced runners who will make sure that you are never left behind.

This distance of this run changes depending on the week. For most Saturdays, the event distance will be 13.1 miles/21.1 km. On the first Saturday of every month our run will go to 26.2 miles / 42.2 km -- that’s a full marathon. We keep this run on routes that are faily short loops so that everyone can stay within chat distance of each other no matter what speed you are running or walking.

Of course, as with all of our runs, you are not required to go the entire distance listed. Feel free to run as long as you would like, but as a distance running group we like to offer our members a chance every month to put their legs to the test and see how far they can go.
