This is session is a taster of what is available if you subscribe to Vekta’s 24-week L’Étape du Tour de
France training plan.
Created by Loïc Ruffaut, who has both raced and coached athletes for L’Étape du Tour de France, this
structured training session is a sample from Vekta’s L’Étape du Tour de France Adaptive Plan. For

Only undertake vigorous exercise if you are fit and healthy to do so. If you are at all unsure, consult a
Physician or Doctor first. All training equipment including Bikes and Turbo trainers should be in full
working order. Do not use any piece of equipment that does not come up to the required standard.
