* 4 laps on the Innsbruckring Course
* Total distance (including lead-in): ~22 miles
* 1013 feet climbing
* Target average pace 2.0 w/kg
* 1 KOM and 1 sprint per lap as designated by Zwift with full recovery after each sprint. "Full Recovery" means that, immediately after a sprint is over, the pack waits for everyone to regroup unless any dropped riders wave you off.
* Final lap is all out.
* No rubberband
* Late Join is enabled which means you can join up to 30 minutes late
* Voice communications between riders will be on Discord. Tap the "Helpful Tips" link (above, right) for tips on how to use Discord during one of our virtual rides. Tap the "Discord" link (above left) to be taken directly into the Riverside Discord Server.
