Join Welsh Rugby legend Shane Williams MBE as he rides 774 miles for charity.

Shane Williams is the record try scorer for Wales, and is fourth on the international list of leading rugby union test try scorers. He is Wales' most capped winger and is considered to be one of the greatest wingers of all time.

Starting on Wednesday 22nd April, Shane will be riding in two stints every day starting at 8AM BST and 1PM BST. He is looking to complete the distance in 7 days.

This is not a race. It's all about riding together to raise money for some great causes and having some laughs and chats along the way.
