In cooperation with HetisKoers! Richmond Flat Criterium League aims to organise highly competitive races on the flattest course there is at the moment on Zwift: the Richmond flat course, which is 5.1km (3.1 miles) long and has an elevation gain of only 11m (38′). So no hills where the strong and lightweight riders can take off at the front at unbelievable speed, never to be seen again until after the finish.
These races will be attractive for all riders. Working together in teams can give a huge advantage. Tactics become more important, instead of just powering up a hill. And sprinters have a chance of winning as well.

POWER UPs: Allowed at all times
BIKES: no TT bikes
GROUPS: Use your FTP and then divide by your weight in kg then pick the correct group.
A: 4.0 W/kg FTP or higher
B: 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg FTP
C: 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg FTP
D: Under 2.49 W/kg FTP
Results will be available on screen after you finish a race. We advise you to make a screenshot before pressing OK. After ZwiftPower is online again the results will be shown at their website.
Riders producing over 5w/kg average or otherwise unrealistic performances will be disqualified, unless they can provide real life matching performances. A Heart Rate Monitor is required for category A racers and for racers using zPower. Riders who have not joined ZwiftPower and agreed to the data storage and sharing conditions will be excluded from the results.
