EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join Speed Club and NTT Pro Cycling team on this SFR (Slow-Frequency-Revolution) workout. A split focus session that gets you working at two different cadence ranges. We're joining the WorldTour team at a pre-season camp, where you can expect a lot of long, slow distance miles... Perhaps not the best session to simulate on Zwift but this approach is truly effective. So, join NTT Pro Cycling and Speed Club for a staple SFR workout as we go through the bread-and-butter of the team's off-season training!

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
