Get the most out of your training with Workout of the Week!
Welcome to fresh new workouts every week! Each week this series will feature new workouts that will be tied to any of our major stage events - so your training will complement any rides you may already be planning to join.
Missed a group workout? No problem! We’ll feature all workouts in the “Workouts of the Week” folder to tackle on your own time. A word of caution though, they’ll only be around for a short time before new workouts come through. As soon as you see one you’re interested in, hop on it quick!

Today’s workout features loads of time at sweet spot (SST) again, but today we’re increasing the intensity a bit by introducing some big gear surges into the steady state effort.

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
