EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Breakaway ride with Christian Vande Velde and friends featuring a 15 minute social warmup with a no more than 30 minute structured workout from The Breakaway. These workouts will make sure that you get the most out of your time on the bike with high intensity efforts but in a no-drop format.
