Sharpening Up for a Race
If you have a race coming up in the next 4-6 days, this workout is going to be ideal. The bulk of it will be focused on moderate intensity but steady on top of it cadence rates. Then you'll get just a few very short FTP bursts to activate all the lactic acid clearing systems and give your muscles that recruitment memory for generating power. It looks easy, but it will activate all systems!
