EVENT DESCRIPTION
ABOUT SOCIAL RIDES
Get together in the pen and warm up. Banter and chat is encouraged as this is the opportunity . We aim to ride at generally around 2.0w/kg average and ramp it up to around 3.0w/kg on the hills. The group should try and stay with the leaders and climb as a group. As this is a social ride however we do regroup at the top of climbs. Listen to the ride leaders calls.

World class cyclist, Mick Curran, offers Coaching Programs, Bike Fitting, Lactate Testing and Power Profile Tests. He also teams up with highly qualified and experienced physiotherapists and massage therapists to offer so many services to cyclist and non-cyclists alike.
Allow him to pass on his knowledge of training and racing which has seen him break World Records and win World Titles, World Cups and multiple National Championships.

HELPFUL HINT
We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
