Alright, welcome to the 2024 Race Season!!! For those of you who rode with us last week, this won’t be quite as spicy, but also, not a walk in the park. We’ll start by some 30/30 Efforts and then move onto focus on muscular endurance. Give it a go!
ABOUT ONGOING TRAINING
The 2024 Race Season is gearing up and so is “Terrible Tuesdays”. While these rides will oscillate in difficulty, you can be reasonably assured that there will be a little zest in every session. TT Bikes are allowed and Draft is enabled.
WORKOUT DESIGNER
Dave D'Abrosca, owner and head coach of Power2Tri Endurance Coaching, creates all of these workouts and will be leading the vast majority of them. Dave is a USAT Level II Long Course and Ironman Certified Coach with experience guiding athletes through hundreds of races, from first-timers to seasoned long course triathletes, as well as XTERRA, Gravel, MTB and Runners up to Ultra distance. You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
