Workout of the Week this week is inspired by the very first Zwift Academy winner, Leah Thorvilson, who won Zwift Academy in 2016 ! Today's workout is one of Leah' favorites and will guide you through what is known as 'over/unders'. This type of workout helps boost your ability to maintain high intensity efforts for longer periods of time.
