Choose the right category according to your speed/pace:
A: 14.0 kph+ / pace 4:10/km or faster
B: 12.0-13.99 kph / pace: 5:00/km - 4:20/km
C: 10.0-11.99 kph / pace: 5:10/km - 6:00 / km
D: 8 - 9.99 kph / pace: 6:10/km or slower
