EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Rhino Racing's Sunrise Training Ride.
The Sunrise Ride is an endurance ride for the early birds. This ride is banded so you can stay within your required zone without being dropped as long as you keep peddling.
Using your power graph to manage your output:
• Blue on the flats typically refers to Zone 2 or low Zone 3—a steady endurance pace, sustainable for long periods.
• Green on the climbs usually indicates a move into Zone 3 or low Zone 4—moderate to tempo effort, pushing a bit harder on the inclines.
So grab your bibs and bidons and join us for a decent weekend workout.
