EVENT DESCRIPTION
The purpose of these workouts is the development of endurance (Aerobic muscular adaptation). Improved aerobic adaptation of the working muscles will increase your power output at anaerobic threshold (AT/FTP/LT2) and as well on your aerobic
threshold (LT/LT1). Endurance development. The WOs in this serie (eSRT Aktivitus Endurance WOs) contain intensities around the weetspot and aerobic threshold to create a time-efficient aerobic adaptation.
Please note that it is important to have your FTP correctly set in Zwift.
For more anaerobic(explosive) orientated persons (less aerobic developed, not so good endurance compared to oxygen uptake and/or explosive capacity), this WOs will be good for you!

Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
