DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Title: Innovation Cycling – B Category Race Prep (3.9 w/kg average)
Description: 3 Laps of Greater London Flat using a combination of techniques to
avoid being caught by the Innovation Cycling A riders.
Purpose: The purpose of this ride is to work between 85% and 115% of FTP in
Zone 3 to Zone 5 using a combination of times in each zone and the customary
Kiwi steps.
Benefit: Increased time at Threshold will lead to a higher 20 minute FTP which
is the target
Target Watts Per kg: 85% to 115% of FTP
Tips: Use the draft to rest and ensure you do not loose draft, we would expect
an average of 3.5 – 3.9w/kg
