Join Professional Triathlete, Olympian and 7 x IRONMAN 70.3 Champion, Helle Frederiksen on her training.
This will be a 90 minute specific training ride that everyone is invited to join.
Helle Frederiksen will be the ride leader with a Yellow Beacon above her as she rides.
As this is Helle's general training there will be no waiting on riders, if you can't hold Helle's paces don't give up just keep riding. Pace it out, it's a 90 minute ride.
Helle Frederiksen will be providing live audio interaction throughout this session via the Zello App. You will need a Zello account and subscribe to Helle's Zello channel (www.zello.com/helletriOpens a new window) to receive the session specifics.
