EVENT DESCRIPTION
(7th Year!) Saturday Morning Interval Training Exercise. 60 min roaring HIIT group ride spiked by a rotating mix of short to long Strava segments on a different course each week.
Count on at least 5 intervals [2x sprints of <1 min / 3x V02Max of 3-5 mins / occasional threshold efforts of 5-12 mins] totalling no more than about 15 mins each workout.
All leaderboards are published post ride and IRL merch is given out as prizes! Join SMITE club in Strava to qualify.

Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
