Burn off the Christmas calories on the Mega Pretzel challenge. We will split into two groups: One strong (A), one moderate (D). The groups will be led as normal by the father and son team. Sean’s group will vg. 3,5 W/KG at the front of the flats and on the climbs while the D group will settle around 2-2.2 with 2.5 W/KG on the climbs. Especially in the D group it is important for success of the ride that instructions will be followed. The Double Draft will assure us a strong dynamic. A 5 minute will be on offer at an appropriate time if agreeable. Finish the ride to unlock your exclusive RWB Kit. See you in the pen =)”.

Communication is the key to a good group ride. Pens are staggered so folks that fall off from the bigger rides should find a group as they drift back.
