Join Zwift HQ in this special edition of Workout Wednesday! Mike McCarthy, VP of Running at Zwift will be leading today's up/down ladder workout. Have fun and ask tons of questions!
ABOUT THE WORKOUT
Thirty Minute Workout with 8 min warmup following a 1min-2min-3min-4min-3min-2min-1min ladder at your 5k race with 1min rest in between. Finish the workout with a 3 min cooldown.
