DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
For 12 weeks, Olympic gold medalists, Kristin Armstrong and Dani Rowe, will bring key workouts they’ve used throughout their careers to Zwifters around the world.

About this workout:

Lactate Threshold Development : OVER UNDERS

Building upon last week’s session, during this threshold workout we will be working slightly “OVER” FTP and slightly “UNDER”. We will be forcing our body to deal with the build-up of lactate for a period of time. When we exceed our FTP during the “Overs” we will begin forcing our body to process lactate and continue to do so throughout our “Unders” which is just slightly below our FTP. The overall goal is to continue to improve our FTP, strength and efficiency as we prepare to get our bodies ready for key events. We will be working between 95-105% of our FTP.
About the series:

Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming race, building general fitness, or coming back from injury, these workouts will help tune your engine and get you ready to go. They’re efficient: quality over quantity. And whether you do all 12 weeks or just a few, you’ll feel the results. We promise.

Together, Kristin and Dani aim to help you reach your 2020 goals! Over the course of 12 weeks, each and every workout will be offered at several time zones throughout the week, with Kristin and Dani joining live, twice a month. See you in Watopia!
