INC Innovation Cycling – Volcano Hurt Box
Description: 7 laps of Volcano CCW with
every 2nd lap being above FTP working together to get personal best
lap times.
Rest laps will be at recovery
pace to enable full recovery ready for 6minutes of pain.
Purpose: The purpose of this ride is
to push 5 minute power
