ABOUT RUN WORKOUTS

Zwift run workouts provide more structure to your workouts while allowing you to tailor the workout to your paces. You can do run workouts as a group but unlike the bike workouts, you will have to keep up or risk being dropped from the group. Pick the closest pace group for you, but all groups will start together and you are free to fall back and run ahead.
