Kristian Blummenfelt and Gustav Iden have between them won every major title in the sport over the past 18 months - Olympic Gold, World Triathlon Series Gold, Ironman 70.3 Champion and Ironman Champion.
To celebrate their achievements we are running a week long series of bike and run events. This a steady workout that builds intensity in 3 short steps before dropping down and starting again.
