DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
The Italian Job Endurance Ride by Team Italy
Welcome to all riders!
This is a group training session mainly focused to build your muscular Endurance and improve your power output at your aerobic threshold. The ride will average between 2.5-3.0w/kg mainly targeted to Tempo and Sweet Spot intervals. We will adjust the pace of the group as necessary. Optional Sprints and Threshold efforts especially on climbs are allowed according to the group pace and course (the ride leader will announce Zone/Power/Cadence changes), re-group behind the leader should follow any hills or sprints.
This is a steady endurance ride not a race, please stay close to the leader (yellow beacon), faster riders should help to keep the ‘gruppetto’ together and close to the leader, slower riders should use the draft to keep the pace and eventually recovery.
Please add classical tag name of ride: ITA after your name, your jersey will be automatically changed to the ride kit when you join this event. Please NO TT Bikes.
All categories are welcomed but no participant should ride off the front of the group, please follow the ride leader instructions and have fun.
