Hi, and welcome to the Galaxy CC weekly endurance ride. Our aim is to keep you smiling for the entire ride as our experienced leaders and sweepers keep you grouped together for this social Sunday spin. Power is targeted between 2.0-2.4 w/kg depending upon terrain (flats/hills).
Please respect the leader’s pace at all times and carefully follow the instructions given by the leader and sweeper.
We are an inclusive team who welcome considerate riders. Your co-operation and teamwork is essential to the success of this ride.
