DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
Sarah True is a 2 time Olympian having represented USA in London 2012 and Rio 2016. In 2018, Sarah finished 4th in Kona at her debut race on the island. In 2019, Sarah will be a mentor to our Specialized Zwift Triathlon Academy team athletes.
This is a favourite 2 hour workout that her coach has written for her, with blocks of time at tempo and some short, high power sprints mixed in. The session begins with a 10 minute easy warm up, followed by a set of five ten second sprints every 2 minutes. After a good rest there are 10 x 1 min tempo efforts with 2 minutes recovery. After another rest there is a repeat of the 5 sprints, followed by 4 further sets of 6 minutes at tempo effort. A 6 minute cool down finishes the session.
