Welcome to the Supersapiens Master Class Workout Level-3. This workout is open to anyone! We welcome back all of our athletes on their journey to Becoming Supersapien, and are excited to train with those who are new to Supersapiens. As a bonus for completing this workout you will unlock the Supersapiens Kit!

A quick intro: Glucose is Energy. Our glucose levels and overall glucose control are critical for maintaining power and riding stronger for longer. When it comes down to the science, each of us has different fueling needs to achieve that goal. This is why real-time visibility to your glucose data is so powerful. Supersapiens makes energy management personal, not personalized.

The objective of this workout is to experiment with different fueling strategies during a controlled 90min workout and work together to dial in each of our Glucose Performance Zones (GPZ) so we can all discover that feeling of endless energy. So saddle up, come learn with us, and start your journey to becoming a better version of you---Becoming Supersapien! Check out our website: supersapiens.com. We will start with a 5min warm up before starting a 15min progression to make sure we are ready to work. We will then take a 5min active recovery period before starting a 15' Steady State Effort (SSE) and then take a 5min recovery period before starting a varied SSE Pyramid Effort. After some good recovery we will hit one more 15min SSE towards the end before performing a 10min warm down.

This 180min workout will be much harder than previous Supersapiens Master Class Level-1 & Level-2. You will have to be fully prepared and committed! Hopefully you have already dialed in your fueling strategy during Level-1 and Level-2 as this is going to put it to the test. Don't expect to finish this one your first attempt as the mix of duration and intensity will challenge us all.
