GROUPS
B Group = 3.2-3.9 w/kg
C Group = 2.5-3.1 w/kg

COURSE
Road to Ruins, a 18.7mile course taking a Watopia Flat Route variant, heading to the Jungle, and ending with a loop around the Volcano.
