DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
Sweet-spot training is highly efficient training. Come ride with BikeRadar for a double-dose of sweet spot (the Mash) packed in between a few high-intensity efforts (the Bangers). Like all Zwift group workouts, this is a no-drop experience based on a percentage of your threshold power. Everyone's output will be different, but we'll all stay together as we work through our intervals.

This workout is great for: improving your FTP, chatting with the BikeRadar staff, and starting the weekend right.

A spicy warm up (two 10sec sprints, one hard minute, one 3min threshold effort)

Then a double helping of sweet spot (2 x 12min at 92% - the mash)

Finally four bangers (4 x 1min at 106%)

ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS

Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That's right, if you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. Only if you stop pedaling and fall 6 meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.

HELPFUL HINT

We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
