DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
Seaside Sprint course this week.
* 5 Laps, 21.4 miles total
* Average Pace ~2 Watts / Kg (no rubber band effect)
* Late join is permitted
* Sprints as designated by Zwift on every lap with full recovery after each sprint. "Full recovery" means we wait for the group to regroup after the sprints (unless any dropped riders wave you off)
* Last lap is all out if so desired
Zwift will start this ride at exactly 6: 00p. It is highly recommended that you do a bit of a warm up on one of the other Zwift courses prior to that time.
We will use Discord for Group Voice chat during the ride. If you do not already have Discord on your mobile device or computer (whichever you prefer to use for Discord), you will need to install it first if you want to join the conversation during the ride. A link that drops you directly into the Discord voice chat appears above the map on the left side of this page. For Discord help, there is a “Helpful Tips” link over to the right side (above the map). Click this link for more info on setup and use of Discord. If you're not familiar with Discord, it is strongly advised to set it up well in advance of the ride.
