SESSION FOCUS

The focus of this session is on building muscular durbility, increasing muscle fiber recruitment and improving gross efficiency using low cadence threshold work. This is highly specific for TT riding, triathlon and high climbing requiring long periodds of muscular force.

15min progressive
PREP_SET:
5x30sec increasing torque +30sec easy
MAIN SET:
6x4min L4 at 55-65rpm with 2min recovery
COOLDOWN:
